I grow up housing prices for housing purposes in our country. As announced by theIstat in its report for the second quarter of 2022, the price index (IPAB) of homes purchased by households is increased by 2.3% compared to the previous quarter.
If we then compare the same period of 2021, we notice a + 5.2% (in the first quarter of 2022 it was + 4.5%). Istat explains that the trend increase in prices habits is to be attributedespecially, to those of new homes.
These grew by 12.1%, with aacceleration higher than in the first quarter when growth of 5.0% was recorded.

Specifically, with regard to the South and the IslandsIstat explains that the growth has passed from + 3.1% in the first quarter + 4.5% in the second quarter.
