Green light for two technical and economic feasibility projects of the Province for the settlement of landslides between Camerana and Saliceto caused by the intense rainfall of 2019 and subsequent flood events.
The first project concerns the Camerana landslide along provincial road 111 in the section between Camerana Villa and the Sp 439 junction. the roadway starts. The technical office of the Province of Cuneo / Mondovì ‘section therefore drafted the preliminary project for an intervention of approximately 300,000 euros, divided into 210,000 euros for works and 90,000 euros for sums available to the administration. Regional funding is envisaged as part of the November 2019 Flood Intervention Plan. The planned interventions essentially provide for the safety of the sp 111 through the construction of a reinforced concrete retaining wall with indirect foundations.
The second project in Camerana on the border with Saliceto provides for the settlement of the subsidence of the provincial road 295 also caused by the rains of 2019 at km 2,500 where a landslide caused a subsidence of the road quay and part of the road. Also in this case the Technical Office of the Province of Cuneo (Mondovì Section) has drawn up a technical and economic feasibility project for works worth 200,000 euros, of which 144,868 euros for works and 55,132 for sums available to the administration, also covered in this case from regional funding. The construction site provides for the regularization of the ground downstream of the road with the formation of the foundation plane, the construction of an indirect foundation on micropiles and a reinforced concrete banquet to restore the damaged road (54 meters long, 2 m wide and 0 , 60 m high). The project then involves the construction of a concrete gutter for the drainage of water with drainage into the existing pipeline, the reconstruction of the embankment and the road foundation and finally the asphalting of the road surface.
