ON OCTOBER 15 AND 16 THE ANPAS VOLUNTEERS IN THE SQUARE FOR “I DON’T RISK“
In October it will return to the Italian squares I don’t risk itthe communication campaign on good civil protection practices with the involvement of Anpas and, more generally, organized civil protection volunteering, institutions and the scientific community.
The twelfth edition of I don’t risk will take place on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 October 2022 in over 600 Italian municipalities. Thousands of volunteers belonging to 800 organizations, including national and territorial associations, will meet citizens to inform them about the risks affecting the territory, remember the most significant events that occurred in the past and disseminate the rules of conduct to be adopted before, during and after a earthquake, flood or tidal wave.
Also this year, the Department of Civil Protection, Anpas, Ingv, ReLUIS and Fondazione Cima will be an active part of the National Direct, a great digital event that on Saturday 15 October will see the participation of experts in the sector – representatives of the world of civil protection and of scientific research – gathered together to spread the values of the campaign, with particular attention to the theme of prevention..
The Anpas (National Association of Public Assistance) Piedmont Regional Committee today represents 82 voluntary associations with 10 detached sections, 10,425 volunteers (of which 4,062 women), 5,753 members, 640 employees, of which 71 administrative who, with 436 ambulances, 226 vehicles for the transport of the disabled, 261 vehicles for the transport of people and civil protection and 2 boats, perform 534,170 services annually with a total distance of 17,942,379 kilometers.CopyAMP code
