Attention to the well-being and quality of life in the company is today an increasingly felt need by companies who know that operating in a serene corporate atmosphere and with the right balance between working life and family life promotes greater well-being for all, a greater employee loyalty and an increase in company performance.
However, in recent years this well-being has been put to the test by the pandemic and by the climate of international uncertainty linked to the war and the rise in prices, which have led people to withdraw more and more into uncertainty and individualism and to feel anxiety, concern and a great distrust in the future.
It therefore becomes increasingly essential for well-being, both personal and corporate, to get enthusiasm back in motion and once again give space to desires and the desire to work together. But how can we rediscover, even within companies, confidence in the future and set ourselves a new goal, a dream to believe in and aim for?
On these issues, thanks to the contribution of great experts, the 33rd Organizational Conference of Confartigianato Imprese Bergamo scheduled for Monday 5 December 2022 at 5 pm with the title «Welfare – Il well-being at work. Let’s get enthusiasm, desires, hope back in motion…».
The first to speak will be Massimiliano Valerii, philosopher and statistician, director general of CENSIS (who annually edits the Report on the social situation of the country), who, data in hand, will help those present to understand the confused and critical reality we are experiencing and the possible ideas that we can put in place to cure it, both as citizens and as entrepreneurs.
Below Giuseppe Santella, entrepreneur and top manager, former president of Unisalute and founder of Corticale srl (a company that studies innovative applications in the diagnostic and therapeutic field), will talk to us about those intangible values that are fundamental for corporate health, such as respect for people, motivation, trust, helping to better understand which actions can achieve a better work-life balance.
In the end, Johnny Dotti educator and social entrepreneur, president of E.one Abitare Generativo (a company that promotes a vision of living based on integration and solidarity), will make the public reflect on the individualism and loneliness of today’s man and will help entrepreneurs to understand how to live life in the company more serenely and actively participate in Confartigianato.
