This is the comment of the general secretary of Uilcom Sardegna Tonino Ortega, after the agreement, signed today, after a year and a half of negotiations, between the company Amazon Italia Customer Service and the regional secretariats of the category together with the company union representatives.
According to the Uil, the agreement concerns the 1,700 workers of Customer Service in Cagliari and, in addition to significantly enhancing industrial and trade union relations, also thanks to the company’s foresight, in a difficult context for the country and for the sector, represents a great leap in quality also in relations with internal trade union representatives and for their work.
