A girl was run over on Wednesday, around 12.30, as she was leaving school to return home. The car that overwhelmed her in via Roma, in Cinto Caomaggiore, would not have seen it in time to avoid the impact. The student, rescued by the 118 alerted by the people who were on the spot, was transferred to the Treviso hospital by a Suem helicopter that the doctors requested. Landed at the sports fields, not far from the Ippolito Nievo comprehensive institute, the helicopter rescue took her pupil to the hospital of the Marca. The little girl, albeit with a reserved prognosis, would not be in danger of life.
The accident happened right outside the school that the girl attends. There were witnesses on the spot and, from what has been learned, the car that passing in front of the school hit the girl who was crossing along the pedestrian crossing of Via Roma, would have had the view covered by another vehicle that had parked on the side of the carriageway. The Carabinieri of Annone Veneto, on site for the surveys and the reconstruction of the fact, heard the people who were there when the investment took place. The driver of the car who would not have seen the child in time is a local gentleman.
