Prices of electricity, gas and other fuels skyrocket. Sardinia is among the least harassed regions of Italy. But the increases are still heavy. Gallura is the province that pays the most with a surge of 73.6 percent. Then there is Sassari (fourth in Italy for lower price increases) at + 64.7%. Cagliari is therefore fifth with an increase of 66.4%).
The national increase in August was 76.4%, with a sting per family equal to an average of 1030 euros on an annual basis. It is the study of the National Consumers Union that has drawn up the national ranking of price increases by processing the latest Istat data for the month of August.
Gallura is also the area with the greatest increases in the food and non-alcoholic drinks sector: inflation has grown by 11.8 percent. A little below is Sassari with 11.7 percent. Cagliari, on the other hand, stops at 10.2 percent.
