Less harassed cities than the rest of Italy. Foods expensive in Genoa

Ligurian cities among the least harassed in August for increases in electricity, gas and other fuels, compared to the rest of Italy. The figure emerges from a study of the National Consumers Union which has drawn up the ranking of the cities with the highest annual price increases for 2 items in the basket, food and drink, electricity and gas, processing the latest Istat data for the month of August.
If in Italy the energy price increase in August was 76.4%, with a sting per family equal to an average of 1030 euros on an annual basis, in Liguria the figure stopped at 63.4% in Genoa while La Spezia and Imperia they are in second position with + 64.5%.
The data regarding food products and non-alcoholic drinks, on the other hand, rose by 10.5% in Italy, in Liguria with Imperia fourth in Italy with an increase of + 12.8%, 685 euros. The increase in Genoa is instead of 12% and in La Spezia of 11.4% (ANSA).
