(ANSA) – CAMPOBASSO, 16 SEPTEMBER – The 20 million euro loan envisaged by the NRP for the call for “Attractiveness of the Villages” remains with the Municipality of Pietrabbondante (Isernia). After the Molise TAR had already rejected the appeal proposed by the Municipality of Castel del Giudice, second classified, the Council of State also rejected the request for precautionary suspension.
The mayor Antonio Di Pasquo expresses satisfaction with the ruling of the judges of Palazzo Spada which “will allow all interested bodies to proceed quickly with the subsequent administrative acts that will lead to the implementation of important enhancement interventions of the small Molise village which, among other things, hosts a world famous archaeological site “.
The mayor also thanks the lawyers who assisted the Municipality in the matter, Vincenzo Iacovino, Vincenzo Fiorini and Marco Scarano. “They succeeded in demonstrating, in a new, delicate and specialized matter, such as the funding of the NRP – says the mayor – the legitimacy of the administrative action and of the work of the Municipality of Pietrabbondante”.
