In Abruzzo the effect of the 110% super bonus onbuilding it was more pronounced than the national average. The workers in the sector in Abruzzo recorded a strong increase: + 18.4% with the peak of 24% in Pescara (ninth place in Italy).

At a regional level, Trentino-Alto Adige and Campania are the regions where construction companies have grown the most from the end of 2020 to March of this year. On a national level, construction companies increased by 2% to 234,278, and the number of workers on construction sites by 15.1%. Going down to provincial retail, Bolzano (+ 8.6%) records the highest growth in the number of construction companies, followed in order by Caserta (+ 6.7%), Palermo (+ 6.5%) and Vibo Valentia ( + 6.2%). Instead, in the South, the peak of new employees was led by Palermo (41.7%) ahead of Caltanissetta (33.1%) and Caserta (31.8%). Good data also for Frosinone (+ 5.8% – 5th place) ahead of Varese and Trieste (5.7%, 6th and 7th) and Rimini (5.6%, 8th). Milan, with an increase of 5.6%, is in ninth place and first among the large cities ahead of Taranto (5.6%, 10th place)

If, on the other hand, we analyze the companies that deal only with real estate negotiations, Novara is the province with the highest increase in the number of companies (+ 32.3%) followed by Aosta (25%), Chieti (23.6%) , Prato (16.1%) and Potenza (14.3%). And yet the Italian average reports a decrease of 2.2%.
