Puglia is increasingly the protagonist of the international tourism sector. The holiday scenarios proposed by the region amazed the many participants of ‘Pure Life Experiences’, an event held in Marrakech that closes its doors today. For over ten years, the important fair has involved the world’s leading travel designers, the most prestigious properties, internationally renowned experts and journalists from the most authoritative magazines in the tourism sector. This edition saw Puglia become the queen of luxury tourism, thanks to its locations that combine unspoiled natural landscapes and large accommodation facilities.
The 2022 edition of ‘Pure Life Experiences’ availed itself for the third consecutive year of the collaboration of Pugliapromo, in the role of ‘destination partner’. The international visibility of the Apulian tourist offer was captured by the over 500 buyers present at the event. The participants in the event are now a real community, whose guiding principles are the ability to create tailor-made adventures in destinations that inspire travelers, with the aim of safeguarding the planet and local communities.
Puglia, at the Palais des Congrès in Marrakech, has two exhibition areas curated by Pugliapromento to present the offer of the territory, experiences and travel itineraries to international buyers and media. A space is dedicated to Business, with companies selected by ‘Pure’ from among the best Apulian companies in the sector. In the second stand you can download and view the Guide ‘Puglia routes & experiences, Travel trade edition’, designed to illustrate the best of itineraries and experiences with a technical cut dedicated to travel advisors from all over the world.
It will be Puglia itself that will host the new global event, ‘Do Not Disturb 2022’, dedicated to highly selected and ultra-private travel experiences, with exclusive use of properties. The event will take place in Borgo Egnazia, in the Brindisi area, from 14 to 18 November.
In Puglia there are 44 structures classified as ‘5-star’ and ‘5-star luxury’ hotels, for a total of 4,500 beds.
