WEATHER FLASH. Confirmations of a substantial worsening of the weather in the next few hours also on Tuscany with the arrival of a frontal system which will be associated with even substantial storms.

Currently the situation sees intense cumulus formations between France and Spain where strong thunderstorms with hail are already recorded in the morning.

storms moving east

A worsening of the weather is therefore confirmed also for Tuscany where we expect the arrival of the first rains during the morning of tomorrow: the storms will look out from the coast and will then tend to move also towards the interior but it seems probable that the greater impact of the disturbance can be had right along the coast line and in the immediate hinterland. This remains the area most at risk of intense phenomena.

The thunderstorms, as mentioned, will then tend to enter the hinterland as well, engaging this area especially between mid-morning and afternoon.

In the evening possible storm resistances on the Archipelago and on the province of Grosseto.

In the areas indicated in the graphic, even consistent thunderstorms associated with strong gusts of wind, strong showers and occasionally hail are not to be excluded. The formation of some whirlwind events, especially close to the coast line, is not excluded.

In the Region there is also a yellow weather alert of the Civil Protection.
