(ANSA) – BOLZANO, 02 SEPT – The Commission of Six met in Bolzano for its last session in view of its expiry with the end of this legislature. As informed by Roberto Calderoli, president of the joint State-Province body of Bolzano, eleven implementation rules have been approved, which concern, among other things, the introduction of the telematic linguistic census and the extension of the terms for doctors with regard to bilingualism license.
Calderoli hoped that the measure could alleviate the shortage of personnel in the health sector.
Calderoli is also confident that two regulations will arrive in the council of ministers again next week, one on the composition of the examining commission for lawyers and one on the provincial register of voluntary associations.
During a meeting with the governor Arno Kompatscher, the president of the Commission of the Six instead studied the draft for a shared proposal of all the Regions and Autonomous Provinces for a shared path of statutory changes.
A single law will indicate the modification criteria and the times within which the State will have to decide on the matter. Kompatscher, who is chairman of the subcommittee of the competent State-Regions Conference, will illustrate the draft to President Fedriga. In conclusion, Calderoli thanked the members of the joint commission “for the work done in absolute harmony”. (HANDLE).
