On 2, 3 and 4 September in Lignano Sabbiadoro between the Piazza della Terrazza a Mare and the Lungomare Trieste the sixth edition of Easy Fish, the Upper Adriatic Fish Festival conducted by the showman and presenter Fabrizio Nonis, known as ” El Beker ”.

Three evenings in which fish and regional food and wine will be the protagonists. There are two main areas in which the event will take place: the Gourmet Area in the Piazza di Terrazza a Mare and the Fish & Regional Street Food area on the Lungomare Trieste.

GOURMET AREA: The excellence of Northern Adriatic fish transformed and embellished by the hands of great chefs. The restaurants La Pigna in Lignano Pineta, Al Cason in Lignano Riviera, Da Boschet in Latisana and Trattoria Barcaneta in Marano Lagunare, which adhere to the Friuli Venezia Giulia Wine and Flavors Route, will offer two recipes for tasting each, the result of collaboration with four hands with the leading chefs of the national scene present at the event. The culinary proposal will also be paired with regional wines, which are always part of the circuit of the Wine and Flavors of Friuli Venezia Giulia.

The tasting itinerary can be purchased on site at a cost of € 30 and includes 5 dishes for tasting and 4 paired wines.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 6pm to 10pm.

SHOWCOOKING: When the flavor becomes pure show. In the Gourmet Area every evening at 7pm and 8pm special free cooking shows presented by Fabrizio Nonis who will see chefs and TV personalities seen in the most famous cooking TV programs preparing recipes in which the main ingredient is fish from the Upper Adriatic.

From Chef Piergiorgio Siviero of Ristorante Lazzaro 1915, to Roberto Valbuzzi, face of the “Courtesy for guests” program, from Bruno Vanzan, barman included in the top 10 of world bartenders to Chef Hiro, ambassador of Japanese cuisine in Italy, passing through the showcooking by Francesco Aquila, winner of the 10th edition of Masterchef.


FISH & REGIONAL STREET FOOD: The taste of fish and regional specialties within everyone’s reach. On the Lungomare Trieste the beloved street food will not be missing: an area with selected exhibitors who will propose recipes based on fish and regional products: zero km fish & chips with fish from the lagoon, the most traditional mixed fry, to continue with sushi and fusion cuisine with an exotic flavor, the refined grilled eel and finally an all-local proposal with frico, cjarsons and other Carnic delights. Friday from 18 to 24; Saturday and Sunday from 12 to 24.

The event, sponsored by the Municipality of Lignano Sabbiadoro, is organized by Lignano Sabbiadoro Gestioni in collaboration with the IO SONO FRIULI VENEZIA GIULIA brand which includes restaurateurs and producers of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Wine and Flavors Route.
