Lessons start on 12 September. Suraniti: “This is also an important year for the realization of the objectives of the NRP”
«The Regional Scholastic Office for Piedmont has concluded the operations of entry into the role, provisional assignment and use within the time limits set by the ministry. Coverage of over 96% of places allows schools, from the first days, to have all the teachers available for full involvement in the first collegiate activities, fundamental in the planning of the initiatives linked to the realization of the PTOF and the life project of each individual pupil ». This is what was communicated by the director general Stefano Suraniti on the occasion of the start of the new school year, which opens today Thursday, September 1st, with lessons start on 12 September.
Suraniti explains that to date “2,971 entries were made to the role, of which 2,076 on common posts, 888 on support posts and 7 on educational staff posts. In the next few weeks, further new appointments will be made for a further 2,400 positions and as for the substitutes, 15,791 temporary positions have been assigned, of which 37% on support posts ”. On the personal front Ata, on the other hand, “763 new staff were placed and 1,054 fixed-term contracts were assigned. The remaining availabilities – he specifies – will be covered by the school ranking after the release of the Territorial Areas ».
It is then noted that “it is an important school year also for the realization of the objectives of the NRP” and recalls that for the Piedmontese schools “over 405 million have been allocated, 27 for the prevention of early school leaving, 268 for school construction, of which 128 for the construction of nursery schools and preschools, and 110 million for the 4.0 school plan which – he explains – will allow the design of new learning environments and new didactics and the development of specific digital skills in the various advanced technological fields “. «A fundamental opportunity for the Piedmontese school system – he says – di redesign its present and its future, leveraging new technologies as a tool for inclusion and reduction of territorial gaps“.
