The Nas carabinieri denounced the owner of a Chinese restaurant in Palermo accused of having 95 kilos of fish products and 165 kilos of meat in poor condition in the warehouses. Many quarters of meat would have been clandestinely slaughtered. Food for a value of around 6 thousand euros was seized due to the lack of traceability of the products. The owner was fined 7,600 euros for the absence of the health registration of the “kitchen” room, in poor hygienic conditions, and the failure to implement self-control procedures. The name of the restaurant was not provided.
