His name is Adriano Petelin, he is 57 years old and has a record of drug trafficking and arms smuggling. He is the killer who with about fifteen blows killed and then set fire to the body of Dario Grmek, the Slovenian boss murdered in the hamlet of Kobjeglava, on the Slovenian Karst in early April. Petelin is currently in prison in Koper after he was arrested by officers from the Istrian municipality department earlier this week.

The fingerprints that the Forensics found at the scene of the crime were decisive for the arrest that took place at the Koper police station. Location where the knife with which the 57-year-old resident of Duino Aurisina killed the Slovenian drug trafficker was also found. The motive could be hidden in a large credit (in the order of tens of thousands of euros) that Grmek boasted against Petelin who ended up in handcuffs in particularly curious circumstances: the man went to the Koper police station complaining the cell phone previously seized in the first phase of the investigation. The European arrest warrant was already ready and so, for the investigators, all that remained was to proceed with the arrest.
