ROME – From British Grand Prix, the usual drivers press conference that opens every Formula 1 weekend will be held on Thursdays and no more on Fridays. For the Circus this is a return to the past for a format that will be similar to that of 2019: two groups of 5 drivers each who will be available to the press for 55 minutes approximately. Drivers who are not chosen for the conference will be able to engage in other media activities, organized by their respective teams.
The timetable for Silverstone
With the British Grand Prix which will therefore lead the way for this return to the old conference, the FIA has ordered that the activity with the press will begin at 14:00 local time (15:00 in Italy), i.e. 23 hours before the start of the first free practice. Nothing changes for the team principal press conference, which will be held as always on Saturday morning before the start of free practice 3.
