AOP Health, a pioneer company in Europe in integrated therapies for rare diseases and intensive care, as part of the plan to develop and expand its workforce in Italy, announces the appointment of Leonard Radicchio in the new role of Patient Advocacy.

In this role, Radicchi has the task of strengthening and expanding patient support projects, through collaborative dialogue with Patient Associations, as well as with representatives from the clinical and institutional world. Leonardo will be operational in the activities of patient support in all therapeutic areas in which the company operates: starting fromOnco-hematologyat the Cardiology and Pulmonology up to Intensive care.

Leonardo Radicchi arrives at AOP Health with extensive experience of a dual nature: on the one hand, almost twenty years of experience in the world of associations and in particular in Patient Associations and, on the other, fourteen years in marketing and sales in multinational markets non-pharmaceuticals. Thanks to this dual vision, Leonardo will be able to analyze the patient’s experience at 360 degrees, directing the company’s choices in the direction of a collaborative model capable of generating concrete benefits for all the parties involved, above all the patients themselves.

“We are really happy to welcome Leonardo to our team” he comments Nicola Zancan, General Manager of AOP Health in Italy. “Leonardo has a deep knowledge of the patient’s life in all aspects of him and I am confident that he will be able, through his competence, passion and pragmatism, to generate real value for all interlocutors, starting from patients and their caregivers ”.
