Many tourists in the village on the Foligno mountain

The “little Venice” of Umbria, Rasiglia, under a light blanket of snow offers winter emotions to hundreds of tourists who have reached the village in the heart of the Menotre valley.
Suspended between Foligno and the mountain of Colfiorito, Rasiglia presents itself to visitors and to ANSA who have reached it, dressed in white. Snow that resists on the roofs and around the streams of turquoise water that run through the town. To enhance the contrast of colors is the bright sun and the clear sky.
The four-five degrees Celsius do not prevent aperitifs outdoors on the squares where you can admire unique glimpses of this timeless village, where for centuries life has flowed to the rhythm of the water which, like true Venice, in some cases laps the doors of homes.
Every year in Rasiglia, especially in spring and summer, thousands and thousands of visitors arrive from all over the world. Under the snow it is unusual, but certainly no less fascinating, especially if seen from the top of the ridge that dominates it.
