The gas in the Aemilia condominium in via Emilia Ovest must return immediately. This is how judge Giuseppe Pagliani of the Court of Modena decided in the case of the 60 families and various shops left without heating due to a dispute between Hera and the condominium administrator. Through an urgent deed, Hera was thus ordered to immediately reconnect the gas, removed from the condominium at the beginning of the week, since according to the judge, while the judicial dispute continues its course, around 200 citizens cannot remain in the cold. So yesterday, after four days spent in heavy jackets and burning stoves, the heating for those who work and live in the building finally returned. The judge’s decision came after the appeal made by the condominium administrator himself, Marcello Incerti, and Giuseppe Pagliani himself will have to decide on the dispute with Hera. Indeed, the situation remains complicated. According to the administrator, the Aemilia complex would owe the multi-utility an amount of 366 thousand euros due to a faulty meter, detected through a biased appraisal. For this reason he allegedly asked Hera to discount the new invoices, but the agreement was never reached. For its part, the multi-utility declares in a note that on the contrary “at the moment the Condominium does not have any entitlement to claim a credit against the Hera Group”.
