The dog’s owner was reported for negligent personal injury, the mother of the little one was also injured
The large dog was roaming freely, and without a muzzle, around the parking lot of the family’s house, when it escaped the control of the owner who was chasing it having lost the leash.
The parents of the little one and the owner of the dog, who arrived at a later time, struggled to free the little one from the bite of the animal that had jumped on him. The dog would not let go trying to snatch the baby from its mother’s arms. Eventually mother and child managed to free themselves but were injured.
