Certa Stampa – AURELIO DI EUGENIO AT THE LEAD OF FILT CGIL ABRUZZO MOLISE

The new Secretary was elected during the 2nd congress of the CGIL transport category which was attended by over 60 delegates from both Regions as well as numerous guests including Umberto D’Annuntiis and Quintino Pallante, representatives with responsibility for transport of the respective Regional Councils of Abruzzo and Molise. Aurelio Di Eugenio replaces Franco Rolandi who has led the regional category since 2012.

The General Assembly of Filt Cgil Abruzzo Molise met in Francavilla al Mare (CH) at the Villa Maria hotel, as part of the 2nd Congress of the category and in the presence of the General Secretary of the CGIL Abruzzo Molise Carmine Ranieri and the Organization Secretary of the National Filt Cgil Giuseppe Mascioli, elected the new Secretary Aurelio Di Eugenio by a very large majority.

Di Eugenio, 55 years old, is an employee of the regional public transport company TUA Spa, in which he works as a bus driver, boasts significant trade union experience, having already covered the role of General Secretary of Filt of Teramo in the past and in the last four that of secretary of Organization of the Regional Category of Filt and which since 2018 has seen the unification of the structures of Abruzzo and Molise.

During the Congress, a film was shown () reporting the most significant initiatives and disputes carried out by Filt CGIL in the last four years both in Abruzzo and Molise with clips extrapolated directly from the broadcast news from various newspapers.
