Municipalities will have to notify the Agenzia delle Entrate of their adhesion to the cancellation of the fines by 31 January

Lo cancellation of fines under 1,000 euros imposed from 1 January 2000 to 31 December 2015 will not necessarily concern all Municipalities. In fact, with the budget law, it was given the power to individual administrations not to cancel the amount owed by citizens. THEthe term to find out whether or not your city adheres to the removal of sanctions is set for the next one January 31, date by which the Municipalities will have to adopt an ad hoc provision to formalize their non-compliance with the provision. This measure, a copy of which must be sent to the PEC address provided by the Revenue Agency. The Municipalities that adhere to the removal, on the other hand, will not have to communicate anything. Anyhow, for road fines, the removal will only concern interestwhile the fine, the costs for the executive procedures and for the notification of the folder will be entirely due.
