Good news for Atc Piemonte Nord. In recent days, the regional decision has arrived which entrusts the institution that operates in Novara, Biella, Vco and Vercelli with an additional allocation – within the ambit of law 80, letter B, inherent to the program of recovery and rationalization of properties and lodgings of public residential construction – of approximately 6 million and 200 thousand euros. The works in the four reference provinces of Atc Piemonte Nord will necessarily have to start by the end of June 2023 and then be completed within 24 months. A new injection of trust and money, therefore, by the current regional administration, which since the day it took office has shown a proactive spirit towards all the Piedmontese ATCs and their tenants.
“I thank the competent councilor Chiara Caucino for the housing welfare policies adopted in recent years – comments the president of the territorial housing agency Marco Marchioni -: these over 6 million will allow us to start the redevelopment of another slice of our vast, and partly ancient, real estate assets, up to an expense of 50 thousand euros for each housing unit as required by law 80 letter B. The positive collaboration with Caucino and his councilor team – underlines Marchioni – is certainly a reason of pride for me, my staff and for all of ATC. The list of buildings in the quadrant to which to allocate the sums useful for their regeneration has already been drawn up in your time and approved by the Region. The assets of around 15,000 between lodgings, shops and garages managed by the Territorial Housing Agency – concludes President Marchioni – are owned by the State: its modernization with innovative technologies and materials therefore goes in the direction of offering tenants a double concrete objective: lower utility costs and greater living comfort”.
