Marcello Masi and Daniela Ferolla’s “journey” on Saturday 26 November will start from Città di Castello, to discover the ecological village of Sant’Apollinare, where the conductor will meet a leading company in the production of satellite simulators and innovation in the field of refrigeration, he will taste new oil and other food and wine products.

Daniela will talk about the arboreal archeology park near Città di Castello, Monte Cucco and the villages of breath, she will meet the Benedictine nuns of Sant’Anna and taste their products.
