Marcello Masi and Daniela Ferolla’s “journey” on Saturday 26 November will start from Città di Castello, to discover the ecological village of Sant’Apollinare, where the conductor will meet a leading company in the production of satellite simulators and innovation in the field of refrigeration, he will taste new oil and other food and wine products.
