Over 18,000 students from all over the island crowded pavilion 20 of the Fiera del Mediterraneo with its 80 stands, for the first day of the 20th edition of Orienta Sicilia. first event in southern Italy on academic, university and professional guidance organized by the Aster association. The president of the Aster association and coordinator of OrientaSicilia Anna Brighina says: “We are delighted to inaugurate the works of the XX edition of OrientaSicilia and to return to the presence after two very long years of exhausting pandemic. Being able to obtain pavilion 20 of the Mediterranean Fair was a long and tiring undertaking but we succeeded”.
Among the stands present the Presidency of the Council of Ministers – Department for Youth Policies and the Universal Civil Service to present the aims and objectives of the National Civil Service; the Italian Army, the Navy, the Air Force and the Carabinieri to best guide all the boys who want to pursue a military career; the State Police, the Guardia di Finanza to present Sicilian youngsters with all the career possibilities within them and the Quebec Delegation in Italy to provide information on Québec universities and their programs..
