TURIN (ITALPRESS) – In a disruptive and unpredictable context such as the current one, Stellantis Italia, of which the Country Manager Santo Ficili is the manager, has implemented a new organization to guarantee speed and flexibility in response to the ever-changing needs of the market. The customer, in fact, is at the center of everything we do. This transformation is a step in the journey towards achieving the goals under the strategic plan Dare Forward 2030. The ambition is to be number # 1 in customer satisfaction in all markets, in our products and in our services. The new organizational structure reflects a simplification of procedures, integrates the points of contact with customers and improves communication, maintaining the centrality of the brand and its customer identity in each cluster.
Customer Experience (CX) will impact all customer processes across all brands to ensure Stellantis is # 1 in customer satisfaction.
The Premium Cluster (Alfa Romeo, DS Automobiles and Lancia) will ensure consistency on the market of Premium models and will ensure that customer requests can be fulfilled in the best possible way. Each Mainstream Brand (Citroèn, Fiat, Jeep, Opel and Peugeot) will maintain its own organizational structure and will be supported by a transversal Sales function. Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs) will be a Business Unit with shared responsibility with respect to each brand for the income statement, market share, quality and electrification. A dedicated Customer Management Office (CMO) is the backbone of the new customer-focused organization, centered on Media, Digital & CRM / Selling-on-Line / Customer Contact Factory / Customer Care and Marketplace. The 9 transversal functions will support brands and Business Units in achieving market objectives, interacting at a functional level with regional and global organizations: Customer Experience, e-Mobility, Finance, HR, ICT, Network Development & Training, Parts & Services , PR & Communication and Sinergie (2STM).
