According to Republic it will be a real wedding-event that will last three days: it will start on Friday with a dinner that the two betrothed will give in one of the restaurants of the Marina Grande, then another party in a private residence on the island before the ceremony, and then on Sunday a farewell event in another private villa.
It is also a marriage that is causing discussion about the environment due to the fact that De Marchi is the owner of Urban Vision, a national leader company in the sector of sponsored restorations of buildings, works of art and monuments, known for the maxi-billboards of advertising billboards on monuments. In the past, the Pompeii Park and Urban Vision collaborated to promote the image of the archaeological site: in Rome, for example, a maxi-billboard in Piazza di Madonna dei Monti is remembered, where in 2017 a huge billboard with a detail was hung of one of the frescoes of the House of the Golden Bracelet. Later, Urban Vision supported several other Pompeii initiatives (for example the Third Paradise by Pistoletto or the exhibition Pompeii @ Mother). Will this union therefore open up new and further opportunities for Italian museums?
