The appointments of the review ‘Rethinking the city – The contribution of associations’ continue also in September in Quartu Sant’Elena: this week the appointments are concentrated above all on the coast. The jazz of the review organized by the cultural association Il Formicaio moves on Friday from Casa Olla to the Nuraghe Diana: concert by Claudio Deoricibus, flamenco guitarist. Also in Flumini, but at the Parodi Park, at 7 pm the musical workshop ‘Danzando sulla notes’ will be held. The initiative will then be repeated on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18, same place, same time.
On Friday 16 instead, from 6.30 pm to 8 pm, doors are also open to the Flumini Service Center, in front of the park, to meet the professionals present related to the health sector, well-being and services to the citizen. Saturday 17 new appointment with the review ‘Citizens suspended – Books at Buffet 2022’. At the Nuraghe Diana at 9 pm ‘Contus de Quartu… sonendi e cantendi’, a bilingual theatrical show in Sardinian and Italian, is staged. Thursday 22 we return to the center. At 7 pm, in the Fresco Room of the Former Capuchin Convent, space for the presentation of the book ‘We are Family – Stories of civil unions’, by Giovanni Follesa. At 9pm then the appointment at Casa Olla: the narrative concert inspired by ‘Paese d’ombre’ by Giuseppe Dessì, winner of the Strega Prize in 1972, is scheduled.
